JSM was pleased to host the Equal Opportunities Commission’s Racial Diversity & Inclusion Gold Awardees Reunion Session at our Hong Kong office. Partner Hong Tran and Responsible Business Lead Michael Chan joined fellow Gold Award recipients to exchange insights and good practices on fostering racially inclusive workplaces. The session was facilitated by Resolve Foundation.
The open and candid discussions highlighted both the progress that has been made and the work that still needs to be done to advance diversity, equity and inclusion across organisations in Hong Kong.
Launched in 2025, the Racial Diversity & Inclusion Employers Award Scheme recognises employers that have demonstrated a commitment to enhancing racial diversity and inclusion in the workplace. Of the 96 employers recognised under the scheme, 24 achieved Gold Award status in one or more categories. We are honoured that JSM is among them and proud to continue supporting initiatives that promote inclusion, belonging and equal opportunities for all.
