JSM provides support in Hong Kong for cross-border regulatory compliance and enforcement, focusing on anti-money laundering, economic sanctions, anti-bribery and anti-corruption. We manage internal investigations into compliance breaches, including those triggered by global regulatory inquiries. Locally, our team represents clients in investigations initiated by authorities such as the SFC, the HKMA and the ICAC.
Working with our Insurance and Private Capital sector teams along with our Belt & Road Initiative group, JSM’s Financial Institutions team is focused on the future of Hong Kong as a global hub for finance, particularly the evolving role of Asia’s world city as a super-connector between mainland China and global markets.
