Commercial Managing Partner Hannah Ha recently spoke with Ta Kung Pao on Hong Kong’s pivotal role during the “15th Five-Year Plan” period and “Go Global” Initiatives.
Hannah noted that Hong Kong continues to play a core role as a “two‑way gateway”, leveraging its advantages in finance, professional services, arbitration, aviation and maritime sectors, while strengthening cooperation with other GBA cities. She further noted that Hong Kong is committed to becoming a hub of the rule of law, a legal risk management centre that helps Mainland enterprises go global, as well as a platform for aligning cross‑border legal systems within the GBA, with the vision of developing into a leading international legal services centre in the Asia‑Pacific region.
