Advised and represented real estate developers and landlords in tenancy disputes including and relating to recovery of possession of leased premises through distraint action and other enforcement proceedings.
Advised and represented banking institutions in their capacity as corporate trustee of USD bonds in winding-up proceedings against bond issuers in Hong Kong courts.
Advised financial institutions in regulatory investigations conducted by the Hong Kong Monetary Authority concerning misconduct by employees and alleged breaches of the Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes Ordinance.
Advised and represented multinational corporations and private individuals in recovering fraudulent transfer of funds through liaising with the Hong Kong police and commencement of legal proceedings.
