  • Assisted in acting for numerous clients in appeals against the government authority for its handling of unauthorised building works.
  • Assisted in acting for a major construction company on building summonses relating to construction material quality in a high-profile residential development project.

  • Assisted in advising a main contractor in relation to its dispute with the main contractor arising from the development of a residential building.
  • Assisted in advising a contractor in relation to upstream and downstream disputes arising from the development of a major infrastructure.
