Overview
Jennifer Lee is a senior associate in the Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice in JSM's Hong Kong office. She handles personal injury litigation and specialises in medical negligence claims and complaints. She focuses on advising and assisting healthcare professionals, including doctors, dentists, nurses and physiotherapists, in civil, criminal and disciplinary proceedings. She also advises public and private hospitals in Hong Kong.
Jennifer has given talks on medico-legal topics to doctors and nurses and has contributed to the Hong Kong Medical Association Newsletter. She speaks English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
