Navigating the new Construction Industry Security of Payment Ordinance – Went live on 28 August 2025!

The new Construction Industry Security of Payment Ordinance  significantly impacted contract operations from both project management and financial perspectives. We hosted a webinar where Jason Leung and Wenny Huang discussed ways to mitigate these impacts through proper contract provisions with contractors, suppliers, consultants and other stakeholders. The session also provided a better understanding of this important legislation, including the background of the Ordinance and its scope of application.
