Johnson Stokes & Master (JSM) advised Hon Kwok Land Investment Company, Limited on its HK$338 million disposal of The Bauhinia Hotel (TST).
The transaction involves the disposal of The Bauhinia Hotel (TST), a 23-storey boutique hotel with a gross floor area of approximately 60,894 sq. ft., located at Knutsford Place, Nos.5, 7 and 9 Observatory Court, Kowloon.
This transaction marks another milestone in the series of hotel deals we have been involved in recently, and serves as a strong testament to the thriving hospitality sector in Hong Kong.
