Johnson Stokes & Master (JSM) advised the owner of Nexxus Building on asset management arrangements with Trivium Asset Management to oversee the building’s ongoing asset management and daily operations, alongside asset enhancement initiatives for the property.
Nexxus Building is an iconic Grade-A office building in Central, Hong Kong, connected to IFC and Landmark via the Central footbridge network. The strategic plan includes upgrading to smart-building and future-proof features, with a view to improving tenant experience and attracting financial institutions, fintech firms and technology companies.
This arrangement highlights the niche yet increasingly vital role of strategic asset management in optimizing prime commercial real estate in Hong Kong.
The engagement reflects JSM’s strength as a one‑stop real estate advisor, supporting clients at every stage of the real estate life cycle.
The matter was led by Real Estate partner Eugene Wong, and supported by associate Noah Chung.
