Johnson Stokes & Master (JSM) advised Dash Living on the acquisition of 39 Morrison Hill Road, Wan Chai. The asset will undergo a comprehensive asset enhancement initiative and relaunch under Dash Living’s technology-enabled flexible living model. This marks Dash Living’s tenth location in Hong Kong, further strengthening its footprint in the city.
JSM has collaborated with Dash Living across a range of mandates, including acting for the relevant lender on several of its acquisition and capex financings besides this acquisition. This continued collaboration underscores a shared commitment to executing value-driven opportunities, supported by the strong recovery momentum in Hong Kong’s tourism and hospitality sector.
